14 Day Return Policy

Gel insoles

I ordered the gel insoles but didn’t put size on order and received size large 9-15 I think which was far too big. However, I gave them to a male family member as a gift and they were delighted. Will order my own size at a later date but they looked extremely comfortable.

The instructions were not clear on where to cut soles for the size you want even rang in but no seemed to know at what line you followed as the line stops without doing a full circuit of sole. I used another insole to use as a pattern but dont think I cut them properly. They are not really comfortable inside shoes.

Disappointed

Bought these with normal shoes, that I have been previously buying from local store, the insole I used to buy was not available on web, so thought I would try these.
Unfortunately the yellow thicker bits make shoes tighter, and uncomfortable to wear, however removing insole is also not good, as shoes are now floppier to wear, as I allow for insoles with shoe size.
So am resorting to my old pair of insoles, which while worn out, do fit the shoes with no discomfort.

I knew I would have to trim them to size.. but they were too wide also.. I had to cut them down a lot... I have Gel insoles in all my shoes but I dont think I will use these ..Good price and comfortable if you can get them to fit..
