14 day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, simply return them to us unworn and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving them, we will be happy to either process a refund or exchange.
We ask that you return the goods to us, in their original condition and with the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. On receipt of the goods we will refund their full amount as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
Exclusions to our 14 day money back refund policy. Socks, Tights, Gel Cushions, Arch Supports, Insoles and any sealed items. These items can only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with your legal rights and any other terms provided to you at the time of purchase.

Glad you asked because I can’t get any updates on my shipping order. I have emailed Pavers many times about the fact that my shipment hasn’t moved since May 4th out of the UK. They did at least refund my shipping costs at my request due to their delay in fulfilling my order and the delay in shipping. I have asked them to track this package and let me know the status and when I might receive it. That was yesterday morning, but I have not heard back. On Monday I texted Pavers that if I don’t have a visual shipping update by Friday the 14th, I will be contacting my bank to dispute this transaction and credit the funds back to my account. Actually, Pavers should have already made this goodwill gesture. I will never do business with this company again!
